I am so thankful that we were lucky enough to find The Chateau's at Montclair for my mom after a recent stroke and hospitalization. Her dementia had progressed after the stroke and we were so pleased with the staff and care she received for her short stay at the Chateaus. I felt at ease leaving her there and felt like she was treated with dignity and respect. The CNA's and Nurses as well as administration provided excellent care. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place for your parent with dementia. My mom lost her battle with dementia and they were so caring and kind in allowing us to be there with her . I have nothing negative to say about her care . They are good at what they do and I am so thankful that they had an opening when my mom needed a good place to go!

Montclair is an excellent facility and has an amazing staff. I could not say better things about the care that this staff gives to their residents! Not to mention, making sure their family feels at ease knowing their loved ones are taken care of beyond your normal expectations. They will answer all of your questions and make your family member feel right at home. ❤️

I'm a nurse at this facility. I can say without a doubt this place takes care of their residents. I've never come to work and a resident be anything less than the best possible for that time. The CNAs show compassion and know their residents needs and wants. It is definitely somewhere I enjoy working and somewhere I would recommend and want my own family to be.

After looking at all the assisted living facilities in the Shreveport area, my brother and I chose Montclair Park for our father. From day one, all of the staff we encountered made the transition for us and our father pleasant. Our father really enjoys Montclair and all it has to offer. If you are looking for a place for your parents, I highly recommend Montclair Park.

Knowledgeable, capable, caring, considerate, thorough are just a few words that come to mind after moving my Mom into Montclair. They are organized and have everything streamlined. I have seen MANY facilities over the years and not one comes close to Montclair. No, I am not being paid by them. Do yourself and your loved one a favor, look at Montclair.

My grandparents stayed in the cheatau and they loved it, they told us this place is nice.and we get treated well, and ive.seen thw staff and the admin,.they will help i wish they were still around but they passed in August snd September of 2021

Montclair is the beat of the best hands down. They have maintained excellent care even through the Pandemic. The residents live with dignity and comfort. I have had the food and it's delicious. The memory care is a beautiful facility as well!

Both my parents are residents at Chateau Montclair. I have been extremely please with the care they received. If we have any questions or concerns they are addressed in a timely matter.

The residents here are some of my favorite people and I've only known them since October 2019. I couldn't have asked for a better administration team or co-workers!
